About Arie Irawan

The Malaysian, Arie Irawan, turned professional in 2013.

Arie was ranked 1,366th in the world. He won two events on the Asian Development Tour in 2015. Irawan had missed the match at the PGA Tour China Series tournament.

However, American Trevor Sluman was declared the winner after the tournament was reduced to a 54-hole event.

 PGA Tour statement said:

Although, the cause of Arie’s demise was a “natural death” we are yet to receive the coroner’s report.

The PGA Tour and the China Golf Association grieve at Arie’s sudden demise,” on losing a wonderful member forever”, and shared their sincere condolences with Arie’s wife, Marina, and his parents, Ahmad and Jeny.

As per a statement on the PGA Tour Series China’s website, Arie had missed the mark at the Sanya Championship but stayed on the island.

Well, on Sunday, Arie’s roommate Kevin Techakanokboon while getting ready for the final round noticed Arie wasn’t moving in his bed and called another player for aid.

Finding him helpless they called up a local emergency service. The emergency service arrived after 45 minutes of trying to revive Arie, but then he was found dead.

The 28-year-old, Malaysian golfer, Arie Irawan died in his hotel room, with early indications expecting it was due to natural causes.

Also, the organizers canceled the final round out of respect for Arie’s family.

The PGA Tour stated -“when something of this extent occurs in the golf world, we all grieve at the same time”.

Even after several meeting of both the representatives of the respective countries, the trade war nowhere seems to calm. After the white house slapped an additional 10% tariffs on the Chinese imports, it renewed the round of trade angst between China and the US.

Larry Summers tweeted on Monday expressing his views about the global financial crisis. In his tweets, he said, “We may well be at the most dangerous financial moment since 2009 Financial crisis with current development between the US and China.” He continued by tweeting, “Markets are now suggesting the highest risk of recession since 2011. Whereas Samsung S9 and it’s budget smartphone J6 got 9th and 10th position respectively.

According to Counterpoint, developing countries with a huge amount of millennials helped these companies to boost their smartphone sales.

Counterpoint also released another China specific report where Oppo dominated the list and Apple just got two spots in the list where iPhone X is on the second spot.

In his opposition towards China Mobile’s application for USA market, the chairman, Ajit Pai stated, “it is clear that China Mobile’s application to provide telecommunications services in our country raises substantial and serious national security and law enforcement risk.” He put his vote for not supporting China Mobile’s application for USA market and said that the full commission would vote on the proposal in May.

The proposal may seem appropriate but somehow it is going to affect the technical relationship between these two countries badly. The chances for a tacit war between USA and China regarding telecommunications is on the peak as per the accusations of White House on Huawei telecommunication services. Huawei telecommunications is the largest telecom equipment company of China who has been accused of being a spy of the Chinese government to wreck the communication networks. However, the accusations were not only denied by Huawei but also the effort of USA to persuade other countries to avoid the services of Huawei telecommunication was proved neutral.

The rejection of China Mobile’s application came after an internal review by Mr. Pai as he said that he could view a recommendation last year by the commerce department to reject this service plans because there was a risk of security services as the issue of “hacking data” was claimed.

The application was already filled and it was under the commission for years without much public attention and for the first time, a rejection of foreign telecommunications application was made. “It was the first time that an administration had rejected a foreign telecommunications application”, the commission made a statement to clarify that they are not letting China Mobile’s Services in the markets of USA.

Amazon said, starting from July, it would no further run the domestic marketplace. However, Chinese purchasers will still be able to order goods from Amazon’s global store.
And the firm will also continue to operate its cloud business in China.

The retail defense comes as Amazon faces tug off war from local rivals Alibaba and JD.com.

Amazon’s plans to close its domestic marketplace in China by mid-July is to focus on more lucrative businesses to sell overseas goods and cloud services.

Well, Amazon’s profitable cloud computing team hosts huge swathes of the corporate world on its data servers.

Yet it has grappled to compete with governing players JD.com and Alibaba’s Tmall marketplace in China.
This shift away from the world’s second-largest economy comes as the company pours huge investment into India.
Meanwhile, Amazon has pledged to spend $5.5bn on e-commerce in India, where it clashes with local rival Flipkart.
Also, last year, Amazon had launched a Hindi version of its mobile website and smartphone app in an effort to attract millions of new customers in the nation.
